Hi, I'm Kiana.

I'm the founder of Key Essentials, an Oakland-based event planning company. My sweet spot? Influencer events and community gatherings — the kind of experiences that bring people together, create real moments, and look incredible doing it.

I grew up in the Oakland Bay Area and I'm deeply rooted in this community. I understand the culture, the creators, and what it takes to produce an event that feels authentic — not just aesthetic. Whether I'm producing a brand activation for a Bay Area influencer, styling a community pop-up in East Oakland, or planning an intimate birthday celebration in Temescal, every event gets the same attention and intention.
